APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• ABEND0C4 during monitoring of a VSAM data set processed with
  GSR. Do not collect events for VSAM data sets processed with
  GSR.
  

Local fix

• Disable all VSAM data set collection by setting rule Data Set
  type setting in the policy rule to NONVSAM. The downside to this
  work around is all VSAM events will not be collected.
