Error description

• A REORG is done on some consecutive parts of a PBG table space,
  which grows into a new partition that is not consecutive with
  the partitions being REORGed and causes rids to be out of order.
  
  This results in ABEND S04E RC00C90206 on DSNIIDIS:5002
  accompanied by a MSGDSNI013I.

  A REORG TABLESPACE SHRLEVEL NONE utility with parallel index
  build was run on a subset of partitions of a PBG table space
  with NPIs defined.  MSGDSNU2910I - BASE PARTITION n IS CREATED
  IN TABLESPACE dbname.tsname was issued and the REORG ended
  successfully.  A subsequent SQL UPDATE resulted in DSNI013I -
  DSNIIDIS POTENTIALLY INCONSISTENT DATA RC00C90206 ERQUAL5002.
  
  During REORG TABLESPACE, after a new partition was grown,
  the partitions being reorganized were no longer adjacent.
  REORG needs this information when building the logical
  partitions of the NPI.  The problem occurred because REORG
  was not propagating this information from the main task to
  the index build subtasks causing key rids in the logical
  parts of the NPI to become out of order.
  

Problem conclusion

• REORG code has been modified to copy the main task info to
  the build task subtasks.
