Error description

• The following problems are fixed:
  1. The application cloning source job might end with S0C4 abend
     in module CKZ00715.
  2. The application cloning target job might issue CKZ71307E
     errors for objects with clone instances and end with RC=8.
  3. The Subsystem Cloning commands COPY and UCATOPTIONS might
     fail with RC=8 and CKZ04045E error when backing up RLS ICF
     catalog.
