Error description

• Parsing does not support undocumented syntax for ALTER TABLE ADD
  PARTITION that uses <partitioning-clause>
  For example:

  ALTER TABLE SCADN101.TB1_ITEM_PART1 ADD PARTITIONING KEY
  (ITEM_ID ASC) (

  AT ('222222')
  INCLUSIVE , PARTITION 3 ENDING AT ('444444') INCLUSIVE)

  <partition-clause> or <partitioning-clause>. However, only
  <partition-clause> is documented in the SQL Reference. SQL
  parsing is updated to support ALTER TABLE ADD PARTITION
  <partitioning-clause>.
