Error description

• The Health Metrics Scorecard objects do not support different
  record types being collected from the same system

  1. Health Metrics Scorecard objects do not support multiple
     collectors for the same SMF ID collecting data from different
     SMF types.
  2. Updates to KPM_EXCEPTION_T may cause database deadlocks to
     occur.
  3. The phrasing and punctuation of some values in the lookup
     table KPMZ_RULE_TEXT require more clarity.
  4. The Health Metrics Scorecard report requires additional
     information in the KPMZ_RULES lookup table.

     level and LOCKSIZE has been changed to ROW, reducing chance
     of contention.
  3. Standardize punctuation and grammar for consistency and
     clarity.
  4. Queries to populate the Health Metrics Scorecard are updated
     to accommodate the modified KPMZ_RULES lookup table.
