  incorrectly frees SPTR records and dependency records for all
  copies

  *                 with PLANMGMTSCOPE(INACTIVE) and             *
  *                 INVALIDONLY(YES)                             *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: With PTF UI99140 (APAR PH63089)         *
  *                      applied, FREE PACKAGE with              *
  *                      PLANMGMTSCOPE(INACTIVE) and             *
  *                      INVALIDONLY(YES) incorrectly frees      *
  *                      all SPTR and SYSPACKDEP records for     *
  *                      a package when the following two        *
  *                      conditions are met:                     *
  *                      1. The package does not have any        *
  *                      invalid PREVIOUS/ORIGINAL copies.       *
  *                      2. The package has eligible phased-out  *
  *                      copies to be freed.                     *
  *                      After this error, the package has       *
  *                      SYSPACKAGE and SYSPACKCOPY records but  *
  *                      no matching SPTR and SYSPACKDEP         *
  *                      records. Application executing          *
  *                      this package can get SQLCODE -805 or    *
  *                      SQLCODE -812.                           *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply corrective PTF when available          *
  ****************************************************************
  The FREE PACKAGE process should end after deleting the eligible
  phased-out copies. However, it inadvertently continues to
  delete all the SPTR and SYSPACKDEP records of the input package
  due to checking the wrong condition.
  

Problem conclusion

• Db2 code has been changed to end the FREE PACKAGE process
  properly after deleting the eligible phased-out copies when
  there is no invalid PREVIOUS/ORIGINAL copies for the input
  package.
