The exception is benign and does not impact the operation of the osgiCfgInit script.
Problem conclusion
APAR PH67454 modifies the osgiCfgInit script to ignore the CommandNotFoundException rather than log it to the console. The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack 9.0.5.26.
