  The CommandNotFoundException may occur during product updates
  and normal usage of the osgiCfgInit script.
  The exception is benign and does not impact the operation of
  the osgiCfgInit script.
  

Problem conclusion

• APAR PH67454 modifies the osgiCfgInit script to ignore the
  CommandNotFoundException rather than log it to the console.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
