Error description

• UMS tries to set a JOBPARM statement if not present. In this
  case UMS attempts to build this string based off of the
  allSysnames field in ZWEYAML, but does not consider that the
  list of the applicable systems could be too large. The result is
  failing to build the JCL due the line being too long. This APAR
  refines the implementation to line wrap appropriately in such
  cases
