  when IXGCONN DISCONNECT returns RC=X'04' and RSN=X'0404' during
  IMS registration function.

  IMS Administration Tool erroneously ends with ATY3702E message
  when IXGCONN DISCONNECT returns RC=X'04' and RSN=X'0404' during
  the IMS registration function and the view audit/command log
  function. Because RC=X'04' and RSN=X'0404' of IXGCONN means the
  disconnect request is being completed asynchronously, it should
  not be handled as an error.
  

Problem conclusion

• IMS Administration Tool has been modified to handle RC=X'04' and
  RSN=X'0404' from IXGCONN macro as a normal situation.
