PH67156: Additional CPU times for CICS transactions

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

APAR status

• Closed as unreproducible in next release.

Error description

• 1. Add columns for the frequency of transaction completion times
  in CPU seconds to Capacity Planning CICS tables.
  
  2. Add columns for zIIP and GP CPU seconds consumed by CICS
  tasks in the CICS Monitoring components.
  
  3. Add CPU Seconds to existing Capacity Planning CICS Cognos
  reports.
  
  4. Create new Cognos report to display distribution of CICS
  transaction completion times for specific applications, MVS
  systems and users.
