  *                 CURRENT_TIMESTAMP or CURRENT TIMESTAMP       *
  *                 special register                             *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When processing an SQL statement that   *
  *                      has special register CURRENT_TIMESTAMP  *
  *                      or CURRENT TIMESTAMP, in either form,   *
  *                      followed by WITH used as part of a      *
  *                      clause other than WITH/WITHOUT TIME     *
  *                      ZONE, the Db2 Admin Tool parser fails   *
  *                      with the following message:             *
  *                      Unexpected token after WITH keyword     *
  *                      - expected keyword TIME                 *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR enables parsing to properly distinguish between
  WITH TIME ZONE and WITH used as part of another clause.
