• ABEND0C4 occurs in FABYITK0 (CSECT: FABYIT10) when all the
  following conditions are met:
  
  
  
  - OPRTLP=YES or OPRTLC=YES is specified in the FABYIN input
  stream.
  - The "LISTING OF ORPHAN RECORDS" report has 655,360 lines or
  more.
