APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• This problem occurs because the instance locking mechanism was
  not implemented when a team user was added or removed. When a
  user is added to or removed from a team, the system performs
  several operations like, it grants or revokes privileges on
  related objects, updates the instance metadata, and adds a
  status message. Without proper locking, these operations can
  lead to inconsistencies.
