The compiler was maintaining a work area in memory that needed
to grow dynamically. In a particular edge case, a book-keeping
structure was not updated properly to reflect the addition of a
new block of memory to the work area.

Problem conclusion

  • The compiler was updated to ensure that library phase
book-keeping structures are always updated properly when growth
    of a work area occurs.
