  1. DR preparation job gets ABEND0C4 in load module BSY#LDBR if
  dynamic allocation fails for IMS MODSTAT or OLCSTAT data set.
  2. In case dynamic allocation (SVC 99) error reason code is 0210
  (The data set is allocated to another job), no information is
  displayed to identify the job allocating the data set.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. The programing error causing ABEND0C4 has been corrected.
  2. The code has been changed to display IKJ56225I and IEFA110I
  messages that indicate the job allocating the data set.
