PH66970: GEO1131I issued instead of GEO1131E for workload with invalid status

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When a workload is found to have invalid status, GDPS may
  issue a message and SDF alert with GEO1131I message
  identifier instead of GEO1131E.

  DOCUMENTATION CHANGE
  
  The GDPS Messages and Codes manual (ZG24-6762) is updated.
  Message identifier GEO1131I is changed to GEO1131E in the
  message text, and the reference to GEO1131I in the message
  explanation for GEO1137I is changed to GEO1131E. See DOC
  hold for details.

Problem conclusion

• This PTF corrects the reported problems.
  Instances of the message which were incorrectly issued as
  GEO1131I are now issued as GEO1131E with red SDF alerts.
