• Unexpected token after SELECT keyword - expected keyword ")" is
  reported when parsing a CREATE PROCEDURE statement that includes
  in the procedure body an INSERT statement with a full select.

  *                      Tool parser fails with the following    *
  *                      message:                                *

  *                      - expected keyword ")"                  *

  This APAR corrects parsing to properly recognize a fullselect
  used in an INSERT INTO statement.
