APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• An 0C4 in ADH#AUDT may occur at offset x'8FA' or similar. The
  cause of the ABEND 0C4 is a timing window between the start of
  the STAP proc and the start of the Db2 Subsystem.
  

Local fix

• Start the Db2 Subsystem and wait until the Db2 DBM1 started task
  is active before starting the STAP proc.
  If the Db2 Subsystem needs to be started after the STAP proc
  then allow STAP to be fully initialized by waiting a couple of
  minutes prior to starting the Db2 Subsystem.
