  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Support Acceleration of HASH built-in   *
  *                      functions to IBM Db2 Analytics          *
  *                      Accelerator V7 or later.                *
  ****************************************************************
  The following built-in functions will be qualified for
  offloading to IBM Db2 Analytics Accelerator V7 or later.
     (1) HASH(expression, algorithm) in which algorithm could be
           0, 1, or 2. It will only be eligible for offload when
           algorithm is 2.
     (2) HASH_SHA256(expression).
  
  Before this support, query with above HASH built-in functions
  are not eligible for offload. When trying to be offloaded,
  SQLCODE -4742 with reason code 11 will be returned. With the
  support of this apar, query with above HASH built-in functions
  could be offloaded successfully to IBM Db2 Analytics
  Accelerator V7 or later.
  
  HASH_CRC32 is always not supported to be offloaded to IBM Db2
  Analytics Accelerator. When trying to offload query with
  function HASH_CRC32, before this apar SQLCODE -4742 with reason
  code 35 is returned. With this apar, SQLCODE -4742 with reason
  code 11 will be returned instead.
