PH66589: INCORRECT MODULE NAME FORMATTING IN LG 3408 TRACE ENTRY

Error description

• Module DFHL2TRI is using the wrong trace point data item when
  formatting the module name in an LG 3408 trace entry. This
  causes garbage to be included in the module name of the trace
  entry.

Local fix

• Trace point data item 4 shows the correct name of the module.
  

Problem summary

  The customer is trying to perform a WRITE JOURNALNAME to DFHLOG,
  but the blocksize specified in the FLENGTH parameter is larger
  than the blocksize of the defined DFHLOG logstream.
  
  CICS issues exception trace point LG 3408 and message DFHLG0742
  is written to MSGUSR.
  
  On inspection of the trace, the 'Module' field of trace point
  LG 3408 is incorrectly showing - Module(......DF) when it needs
  to show - Module(DFHL2WF ).
  

Problem conclusion

• Module DFHL2TRI has been changed to insert the correct data item
  into the module field.
