Error description

• The queue handle for the MQInput node is not expected to be
  released, even when the sharedConnectorIdleTimeout property is
  set. However, setting the sharedConnectorIdleTimeout value to
  less than 5 seconds causes the queue handle to close when the
  flow is idle.

  All users of IBM App Connect Enterprise V12.0 and V13.0 and IBM
  Integration Bus V10.1 using the MQInput node.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The queue handle for the MQInput node is not expected to be

Problem conclusion

• The product no longer closes the Queue Handle associated with
  the MQInput node when the flow is idle.
