Error description

• ALAA758E error could happen when the product reports on the
  partition that was ALTERed but not REORGed.
  
  ALAA486E error could happen when the product reports on a
  versioned tablespace with RELATIVE PAGING.
  

Local fix

• Versioning with OBID=00000 should be added manually to the
  ALA_TABLE_VERSIONING table
