Error description

• ClassNotFoundException:
  com.ibm.mq.connector.ResourceAdapterImpl may occur when
  starting the ODR.  The function of the ODR is not affected by
  this error.

  The MQ Messaging component is disabled in the ODR and the MQ
  Resource Adapter is not added to the application server's
  classpath.  The runtime erroneously attempts to start the MQ
  Resource Adapter leading to the ClassNotFoundException.
  

Problem conclusion

• Initialization of the MQ messaging component typically
  registers a filter with the runtime to prevent processing of
  MQ related resources and initialization of the MQ Resource
  Adapter in a process where the component was disabled.  The
  component was modified so that this mechanism is also applied
  in the ODR environment.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix packs
  8.5.5.28 and 9.0.5.24. For more information, see 'Recommended
