  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 1) Long term support for Cognos 11.2.4  *
  *                         is ending. Cognos 12.0.4 is the new  *
  *                         long term support (LTS) release.     *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTFs.                     *
  ****************************************************************
  1) IBM Z Performance and Capacity Analytics 3.1.0 does not have
     support for IBM Cognos 12.0.4.
