  During the Create Component process of a SYSRES VOLUME, if the
  IPADDR definition contains the CIDR notation (e.g. 10.2.2.2/24),
  
  the extraction will fail with the following error output to the
  UI:
  
  Attention required
  Running the z/OS Configure Generating Tool command failed with
  return code 1
  
  Cause: A message returned...

  Failed to inject symbol(s) &HOMEIPADDRESS1 in any target
  profile(s).
  
  Code: 31061
  

Local fix

• Remove the CIDR subnet mask from the IPADDR definition in the
  TCP/IP profile member (e.g. '/24') and re-extract the component.
  
  Once successful, restore the CIDE subnet mask in the IPADDR
  definition in the TCP/IP profile member.
