APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• During the pull request process, the DOE validates whether the
  target application contains all necessary objects. However, some
  required objects such as Aliases, Indexes, or Triggers may have
  been created outside of UMS and are therefore not recognized by
  the application. This results in validation failures when
  raising or merging pull requests.
  
  To address this, we plan to introduce an enhancement in the UMS
  UI that allows users to update or refresh the application. This
  feature will automatically synchronize and retrieve missing
  objects into the application, resolving issues related to pull
  request operations.
  

Local fix

• Workaround is to use the Application PUT API to manually update
  the application.
