  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides improvements to the  *
  *                      AL and ALT functionality.               *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR improves AL and ALT functionality, including:
  1. Added support for ADD and DROP CLONE to ALT on tables:
  New primary commands ADDCL and DROPCL are available on panel
  ADB27C.
  2. Fixed the issue where a combination of RENAME TABLE with any
  additional change to the same table fails in Change Management.
  3. Added verification of limit key ordering to ALT on table
  spaces.
  4. Fixed the issue when several partitions were dropped and
  the same or fewer number of partitions were added, ALT on a
  table space generated an incorrect sequence of statements.
  5. Fixed the issue where a new partition is inserted by ALT on
  a table space, and the partition number is set to '?' after
  using the primary command NEXT on panel ADB21TAV.
  6. Enabled Change Management support for AL on table columns on
  panel ADB21TAB.
  7. Added support for an empty constraints list on panel ADBP7CN
  when no constraints exist on the table.
  8. Fixed duplicate columns on panel ADB27C when multiple CHECK
  constraints are defined.
  9. Fixed panel formatting for CHECK values to remove extra
  spaces and dots on panel ADB21TH.
  10. Fixed self-referencing constraint bugs and other panel
  display inconsistencies on panels ADB21TAF and ADBP7CN when
  users define a foreign key that references the same table with
  the DELETE RESTRICT option, which results in an SQLCODE -633
  error.
  11. Improved foreign key creation on panel ADB21TAF: When
  adding a foreign key constraint by using ALT or AL with NO CM,
  users can now use ? prompts to select columns for both the base
  and referenced tables. The panel supports column validation,
  improved selection (excluding invalid types like LOB or ROWID),
  and full column-matching logic. Previously, column lookup was
  limited, and "ENFORCED" could not be set explicitly.
