Error description

• The issue occurs after applying PTF UI98571 of APAR PH62904.
  When Library Integrity Utilities is invoked under IMS
  Administration Tool for IMS catalog space and DBD/PSB analysis,
  ABENDS013 occurs with the reason code 34.

  This APAR fixes Library Integrity Utilities (LIU) which is
  invoked under IMS Administration Tool not to cause ABENDS013
  with the reason code 34.
  This ABEND occurs when all of the following conditions are met:
   - LIU PTF UI98571 of APAR PH62904 is applied.
   - LIU is invoked under the IMS Administration Tool for IMS
     catalog space and DBD/PSB analysis
   - A data class is not assigned to temporary data sets when
     they are dynamically allocated using SVC 99 service.
  
  In this case, the system does not determine the block size of
  temporary data sets that are newly created.
  ABENDS013 with reason code 34 is occurred when LIU tries to
  open one of the data sets with input mode even though it is
  unnecessary.
  This APAR fixes the LIU not to cause ABENDS013 with reason
  code 34 by avoiding unnecessary dataset operation.
  

Problem conclusion

• The following modules have been changed to skip the temporary
  data set with input mode.

  - FABXCC00
