Error description

• ABEND013 occurs if the DDEFPDS data sets are concatenated and
  Index Builder attempts to read a member from the second or
  subsequent data set in the concatenation.

Problem conclusion

• IMS Index Builder has been modified to read members from the
  second and subsequent data sets in the concatenated data set
  list in the DDEFPDS DD.
