PH66249: ON A JAPANESE WINDOWS OS, THE BUILD CLIENT GUI CRASHES WHEN CREATING A NEW PROJECT WITH IBM DB2 LUW AS THE PROJECT DB TYPE.

Error description

• On a Japanese Windows OS, the Build Client GUI automatically
  shuts down when IBM DB2 LUW is selected as the Project DB Type
  while creating a new project. However, when the Windows display
  language is switched to English, the project is created using
  IBM DB2 LUW as the Project DB Type without any issues.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Connection to DB2 LUW failed (leading to an internal crash) when
  
  trying to create a new project
  

Problem conclusion

• This issue happened due to the fact that some GUI changes
  implemented on English in the resource .rc file were not ported
  on other languages -as we relied on a TVT team which no longer
  works with us ( would have happened for other languages too).
