PH66203: ANSIBLE CORE REPORTED A BUG IN JOBS.FETCH_MULTIPLE().

Error description

• Ansible Core reported a bug in jobs.fetch_multiple(). When
  a job has an unknown cputime ('?') that string is supposed to be
  replaced by a None value in the dictionary returned by the Job
  module functions, but an error causes it to be passed as is and
  a ValueError is raised.
