Error description

• If the SDEP=PHYSICAL keyword is specified and the RELOCATE_SDEP=
  keyword is omitted, the FPA UNLOAD/CHANGE job that increases the
  maximum length of the SDEP fails with error MSGHFPC0062E.

  FPA UNLOAD/CHANGE functions set RELOCATE_SDEP value incorrectly
  when the SDEP=PHYSICAL is specified and the RELOCATE_SDEP
  keyword is omitted, which cause these functions to issue
  HFPC0062E incorrectly when increasing the maximum length of
  variable-length SDEP.
  

Problem conclusion

• FPA has been modified to set the RELOCATE_SDEP value correctly
  when the RELOCATE_SDEP keyword is omitted.
