PH66125: ADD SHOWDBD OPTION TO SUPPRESS THE "FOI01000I DBD:" MESSAGE DURING IMS BATCH

Error description

• This enhancement provides a new option, SHOWDBD, to suppress the
  " FOI01000I DBD: " message during IMS batch initialization.
  Currently, IMS batch jobs that use the Common Pauser show all
  DBDs in the PSB during initialization, and the Common Pauser
  doesn't provide an option to suppress these messages.The SHOWDBD
  option will resolve this issue.

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR. If you  *
  *                 use the SHOWDBD option, change the base      *
  *                 configuration parameters and re-create       *
  *                 the FOIUSOPT module.                         *

  This enhancement provides a new option, SHOWDBD, to suppress the
  "FOI01000I DBD:" message during IMS batch job initialization.
  
  This enhancement also includes several fixes and additional
  messages, as follows:
   - Added message FOI01010I to notify that the BMP region is
     suspended due to a BMP pause request. This message is issued
     every 15 seconds while the BMP region remains suspended.
   - Introduced the ability to pause the application before it
     starts. Previously, IMS Tools Common Pauser could only pause
     the application after the next CHKP call.
   - The following information message FOI01027I will be issued
     if FOIUSOPT is not found in the STEPLIB.
