Error description

• Server parameter SQLENGDFRSCCCLCC 'SQL DEFAULT RS CCSID IS
  CLIENT CCSID' is added for Wrong conversion error.
  With SQLENGDFRSCCCLCC set to YES and CHARSET parameter
  set in JDBC connection string,"SQLENGDFLTCCSID" will override
  the CCSID and pick the client CCSID for the execution.
