PH66018: CANNOT CHECK IN MEMBERS USING THE ISPF INTERFACE

Error description

• When attempting to check in a member using the Check In ISPF
  panel, the message
  
  This user does not have any checked out components to view
  
  is displayed, even though the previous panel indicates that
  there are checked out members in the data set.
  
  
  When a user attempts using ISPF to update a member of a locked
  data set which is checked out to that user, the message
  
  CYG8804W This is a locked resource; batch update is disallowed
  is displayed.

  1. On the ISPF Check In panel, a user is unable to select a
     member to check in even though the panel indicates that the
     member is checked out to the user.
  2. A user is unable to update using ISPF a member of a locked
     data set which is checked out to the user.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. In some circumstances, an incorrect data set name is used
     when searching for checked out members. This is corrected.
  2. The method used to determine if a member update has been made
     using ISPF failed in some circumstances. This is corrected.
