Error description

• Incorrect Process Time value is causing incorrect values for
  Average Processing Time and Average Total Time.
  
  If the fields that include response times are requested,
  incorrect values could show up, whether the response time
  itself, or averages of the response time.

Problem conclusion

• Sometimes internal time interval calculations resulted in
  negative numbers, resulting in the appearance of
  exponential vales. Calculations are corrected.
