    ****************************************************************
HALDB Analyzer utility calculates offset of the first segment
in a block or CI using the number of root anchor points (RAPs)
    during processing a PHDAM database.
The number of RAPs in DBD is used for calculation even when
the number of RAPs for some partitions is different between
in DBD and in RECON data sets. As a result, the offset of the
first segment is incorrect. It causes the error blocks and
    ABENDS0C4.

Problem conclusion

  • Code has been changed to use the number of RAPs in RECON data
    sets for calculation.
