  1. IGZUQMSG(ON) or IGZUQMSG(OFF)
  
  Default: IGZUQMSG(OFF)
  OFF: Indicates that all COBOL Runtime messages are emitted.
  ON: Indicates that only unique COBOL Runtime messages are
  emitted.
  
  2. IGZRPTMSG(ON) or IGZRPTMSG(OFF)
  
  Default: IGZRPTMSG(OFF)
  OFF: Indicates that COBOL Runtime message report is not
  generated.
  ON: Indicates that COBOL Runtime message report is generated.
