  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides enhancements to      *
  *                      panel ADB21Q (Sequence Objects),        *
  *                      including moving the MAXASSIGNEDVAL     *
  *                      column to page one.                     *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR provides the following specific enhancements
  to panel ADB21Q:
  
  - The 'MAXASSIGNEDVAL' column is moved to the first
  page. This column now has an 18-character width
  and is scrollable.
  
  -Columns 'Increment' and 'MinValue' are
  moved to page #2 from pages #3 and #4
  respectively, and column 'MaxValue' is
  moved to page #3 from page #5. All
  other columns are shifted accordingly.
  
  -The character width of the 'Increment' column is
  reduced to 12 (scrollable).
  
  -The character width of the 'Start Value' column
  is reduced to 10.
