Error description

• An unload fails after having unduly issued the INZC018E
  UNBALANCED QUOTE message about a valid name-expression
  specified by the DSN suboption of a TEMPLATE statement.
  
  This occurs if the name-expression in question contains a
  qualifier-expression including a variable part (&variable with
  or without a "(start, length)" specification) directly followed
  by a character-expression starting with a digit (e.g.
  "MYQUAL.&YE.3Q").
  

Local fix

• If applicable, remove the character-expression starting with a
  digit right after the variable part or replace it by a string
  that does not start with a digit (e.g. specify "MYQUAL.&YE.Q3"
  instead of "MYQUAL.&YE.3Q").
