PH65731: ARCHIVE TABLE CANNOT BE EXPLICITLY DROPPED IN OBJECT COMPARE

Error description

• Object Compare incorrectly processes the drop of an archive
  table when Source DDL has an explicit DROP statement for an
  archive tablespace and 'Suppress DROP of objects' option is set
  to YES. Generated apply job tries to recreate the archive table.

  When Object Compare processes source DDL with an explicit DROP
  statement to drop a history table or an archive table and the
  'Suppress DROP of objects' option is set to YES, the generated
  apply job is incorrect. The table space for a history or archive
  table is dropped, followed by a CREATE TABLE statement to
  re-create the history or archive table. Object Compare should
  not re-create an explicitly dropped table in this case.
