Problem summary

  *                 prototype phrase with the optional 'IS'      *
  *                 keyword.                                     *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: In the case described above, when the   *
  *                      'IS' keyword is specified on the        *
  *                      prototype phrase, a diagnostic message  *
  *                      was issued.                             *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  When 'IS' keyword was specified on the prototype phrase, the
  compiler issued an error message. According to the
  documentation, it was expected to accept it.
  

Problem conclusion

• The compiler has been modified so that in the case described
  above, when 'IS' keyword is specified, the compiler will not
  issue an error message and continue the compilation process as
  expected.
