Error description

• After IMS V15 APAR PH41637 (PTF UI92470) is applied, IMS DEDB
  Fast Recovery does not recover the block-level data-sharing area
  correctly.

  *                      area after IMS APAR PH41637 is applied. *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR fixes the IMS DEDB Fast Recovery (DFR) not to recover
  the block-level data-sharing area after IMS V15 APAR PH41637 is
  applied.
  
  DFR refers DMACF4SH flag in DMACFLG4 to check the CI update
  sequence number(CUSN) when it runs on the IMS DEDB data sharing
  environment.
  However, IMS V15 APAR PH41637 has changed DBFMPOP0 to clear
  whole DMACFLG4 flags. DMACF4SH flag is a meaningless flag in
  IMS V15 anymore, so DFR should not refer it.
  

Problem conclusion

• DFR has been modified to save the CUSN in the related log
  record unconditionally to determine if the CI needs to be
  recovered on the IMS DEDB data sharing environment.
