Error description

• The issue occurs after applying PTF UI98572 of APAR PH62891.
  FABX0521E message is issued when all of the following conditions
  are satisfied:
  - The length of IMS Tools Knowledge Base XCF Group name is
  less than 8
  - Users try to invoke IMS catalog space and analysis function

  The issue occurs after applying PTF UI98572 of APAR PH62891.
  FABX0521E message is issued when all of the following conditions
  are satisfied:
    - The length of IMS Tools Knowledge Base (ITKB) XCF Group name
      is less than 8.
    - Users try to invoke IMS catalog space and analysis function
  
  IMS Administration Tool considered ITKB XCF Group name is always
  8 letters and built an incorrect control statement for IMS
  Library Utilities (LIU) at IMS catalog space and analysis
  function. It caused that LIU issued a message FABX0521E.
  

Problem conclusion

• IMS Administration Tool has been modified to handle ITKB XCF
  Group even if the name of the group is less than 8.
