  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Users could only define a trusted       *
  *                      context for either a local connection   *
  *                      or remote connection, but not both.     *
  ****************************************************************
  Db2 restricted trusted context to only be defined using either
  local connection attributes (JOBNAME) or remote connection
  attributes (ADDRESS, SERVAUTH, ENCRYPTION) but not both. If a
  user were to combine local and remote attributes in their
  CREATE TRUSTED CONTEXT or ALTER TRUSTED CONTEXT statement
  they would be issued an SQLCODE -628: THE CLAUSES ARE MUTUALLY
  EXCLUSIVE.

• Db2 has removed the restriction that a trusted context
  can be defined only for a local connection or a remote
  connection, allowing a user or administrator to connect to
  Db2 regardless of how the connection was established and
  use the trusted context capabilities.
