PH65560: MESSAGE COMMAND ISSUED NOT ISSUED WHEN COMMAND ENTERED USING / (SLASH) COMMAND

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When issuing a system command using the / (slash) command,
  the message "COMMAND ISSUED" is not issued even though the
  command has been accepted.

  When using SDSF/REXX, the isfmsg special variable is null
  and does not contain the "COMMAND ISSUED" message.

  When entering a system command using the / (slash) command,
  the message "COMMAND ISSUED" is not issued even though the
  command has been accepted.
  
  When using SDSF/REXX, the isfmsg special variable is null
  and does not contain the "COMMAND ISSUED" message.
  

Problem conclusion

• SDSF has been updated to issue the COMMAND ISSUED message
  interactively and also return the message in the isfmsg
  special variable when running under SDSF/REXX.
