APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Dcom.rocketsoft.logCount is an option only honored by the main
  izp-server log, which is created by Java. This APAR will make
  izp-start-xxx and izp-run-time-xxx related logs, which is
  generated by a shell script, also honor this variable.
