Error description

• When Object Compare processes a change in the referential
  constraint and an index in the referenced table is altered to
  add a column, WSL generation fails with ADBGAJOB error 'Unknown
  CHANGES record' and RC=16.

  When Object Compare processes a change to a referential
  constraint and an index on the referenced table is altered to
  add a new column, the generated CHANGES file contains empty
  lines. Because of these empty lines, WSL generation fails with
  RC=16.
