Error description

• The queue manager storage configuration topic states "The
  MEMLIMIT parameter of the queue manager JCL defines the maximum
  amount of 64-bit storage available. 3GB of storage,
  MEMLIMIT=3G, is the minimum you should use". The shipped sample
  procedures should be revised to match the documented
  recommended minimum.
