Error description

• S0C4 abend happens during an Optim Convert process.
  
  CEE3204S The system detected a protection exception (System
  Completion Code=0C4). From entry point dmjsbcnr at statement
  3263 at compile unit offset +0000523E at entry offset +0000523E
  at address 22DB7E96.

  When an Optim user tries a Convert operation, and there were no
  tables that were processed due to errors, then the convert
  process abends with S0C4 during Report creation.
  

Problem conclusion

• During Report generation after a failed Convert operation, the
  return codes were not adequately tested.
